In order to determine the right price, a review of recent sales and current comparable listings is necessary.
I am continuously studying the market and revitalizing my research, in order to prepare the most comprehensive and current market analysis. This will help you better understand the current market and determine where to price your home.
Getting your property market ready, and in top-showing condition, is where you come in. I can offer recommendations and advice – but further to this, we will work with a network of trusted designers and consultants that will assist along the way, wherever needed.
My goal is to ensure that your home sells quickly and for the highest possible price.
Once your home is market ready, a professional will take photos of every room to be used in all marketing material. It is my job to showcase your home in the best light possible, online and in print.
Marketing + Mediums
In addition to having the power of the MLS System, and the RE/MAX network, working for you, I will promote your home through intelligent and effectively managed social media outlets and on multiple websites.
I will also continue to represent your home during open houses (where full colour feature sheets will be available to agents and their qualified clients), schedule showings, and as I will follow up with all agents in regards to feed back on your property.
When an offer to purchase your home is presented, I will work in your best interest during negotiations with the buyers’ agent until we are satisfied.
I will then manage contract documentation ensuring attention to detail; all documents will be sent to your lawyer and I will follow up with you to guarantee the transaction is seamless.
